A party snack that packs a delicious punch, Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers combine the flavors of two all-star ingredients: Bacon, and Jalapeño. Customize this snack's punch by keeping the spice milder through removing seeds, or go hot with maximum seeds for maximum spice.

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your Brisk It grill to 350°F with the lid closed. Ensure that the pellet hopper is fully filled with pellets - you will need them!

Step 2

Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise. Remove the membrane and seeds with a spoon or knife to lessen the heat.

Step 3

Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and pork rub in a bowl until evenly blended. Fill each of the jalapeños with a scoop of the cheese mixture.

Step 4

Slice a piece of bacon in half and wrap around the peppers. Secure with a toothpick if needed and place on a baking sheet.

Step 5

Once the grill reaches 350°F, place the poppers on the grill and smoke for approximately 25 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked.

Step 6
When the bacon is cooked to your desired crispiness, remove from the grill. Crack fresh black pepper over on top, serve warm, and enjoy.
