Brisk It Grills 90-Day Trial Policy, General Return Policy, and 3-Year Limited Warranty
Thank you for purchasing your Brisk It™ product(s). We stand behind our products and we are confident that you will enjoy using your new wood pellet grill. However, if you are dissatisfied or the product is deemed defective, please review our 90-day trial policy and 3-year limited warranty.
The 90-day trial policy and 3-year limited warranty apply only to original purchasers of genuine Brisk It wood pellet grills who purchased their product for residential use directly from briskitgrills.com. Purchases made from Amazon.com or other retailers may be subject to different or additional terms. The 90-day trial policy and 3-year limited warranty apply only if the product is in the United States at the time you wish to return it. Please retain your proof of purchase.
Brisk It may in its discretion change the 90-day trial policy and 3-year limited warranty at any time, without any prior notice to you, by posting the changed 90-day trial policy and 3-year limited warranty on the Brisk It Grills website. The changes are effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to check the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and review any changes since the last version.
Brisk It Grills 90-Day Trial Policy
If within the first 90 days of receiving your new Brisk It wood pellet grill you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to troubleshoot any problems or initiate the return process.
If a return is initiated, we will work with you to have the grill picked up a refund of the price of the product will be issued once we have received the product, less any promotional discounts, incentives, and shipping fees.
The refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow for up to 2-3 weeks for us to process the refund after receiving the product.
The 90-day trial policy is limited to one return per household per year, and it must be exercised directly with Brisk It Labs, Inc. no later than the 90th day following the delivery of the product for which you want a refund.
Our 90-day trial policy applies only to original purchasers of genuine Brisk It wood pellet grills who purchased their product directly from the website briskitgrills.com, an authorized Brisk It Labs, Inc. distributor, or an authorized Brisk It Labs, Inc. retailer. The 90-day trial policy may not apply, or may apply differently, to purchases of Brisk It wood pellet grills via other authorized distribution channels, such as Amazon.com, or from unauthorized sources. Grills purchased from retailers other than the website briskitgrills.com are subject to the return policies of that retailer, which will supercede this 90-day return policy in the event that their return policy conflicts with this one. Please retain your proof of purchase as the return policy is contingent on providing valid proof of purchase.
This policy applies to Brisk It wood pellet grills only. It does not cover any other Brisk It products, including but not limited to: pellets, accessories, spices, and spare parts.
General Return Policy:
Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your purchase to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and Sellable Condition: The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. It should not show any signs of wear, tear, or damage.
- Original Packaging: Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with it.
- Proof of Purchase: To process your return, we require a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.
Non-Eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods, such as food items or disposable grill components.
- Products that have been personalized or customized specifically for you.
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."
Return Process: If you wish to return a product that meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our dedicated customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide them with your order number and the details of the item you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will assist you in processing your return and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please refrain from returning any item without obtaining an RA number.
- Package the Product: Safely pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is adequately protected during transit.
- Include Documentation: Place a copy of the original proof of purchase inside the package, along with the RA number provided by our support team.
- Shipping the Product: Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. For your convenience, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure a smooth return process.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify if it meets the return criteria. Upon approval, we will proceed to initiate a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong product or providing a defective item.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, kindly inform us immediately. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference, and we will bear the return shipping costs in such instances.

Brisk It Grills 3-Year Limited Warranty Policy
This limited warranty applies to Brisk It wood pellet grills sold and manufactured by Brisk It Labs, Inc. Under this limited warranty, Brisk It Labs, Inc. warrants that Brisk It wood pellet grills are free from defects in material or workmanship under normal residential use during the warranty period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.
During the warranty period, Brisk It Labs, Inc. will repair or replace parts found to be defective at no charge. Original parts approved for repair or replacement by Brisk It Labs, Inc. must be returned prepaid. Shipping charges and labor charges associated with the determination or replacement of defective parts are not included under this limited warranty.
This limited warranty is only valid if the product is assembled and operated according to assembly and usage instructions and preventative maintenance is followed, as outlined in the Owner’s Manual provided. This limited warranty shall be void if the product is not assembled or operated in accordance with all instructions provided; the product is resold or traded to another owner; components, accessories, or fuels not compatible with the product have been used; the product has been used in commercial application; or the user has abused, misused, including cases of grease fire, or failed to maintain the product.
This limited warranty does not apply to paint, grill cover, or damage caused by corrosion and normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear of the product includes cosmetic and other immaterial deterioration that may occur with use of the product over time, such as surface rust, dents, scratches, etc.
Brisk It Labs, Inc. shall not be liable under this or any implied warranty for incidental or consequential damage to the property or persons resulting from the use of this product. This limited warranty gives the customer specific legal rights, and the customer may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
To make a claim under this warranty, please have the following information available: purchaser’s name, proof of purchase, and an accurate description of the problem.
