Coat the drumsticks with olive oil Season the drumsticks with the paprika, salt, and black pepper or substitute with your favorite chicken rub.
Set your Brisk It grill to 180°F with the lid closed.
Once ignited, place the drum sticks diagonally across the grill grates. Smoke for 30 minutes.
After smoking for 30 minutes, change the grill temperature to 375°F. Grill the chicken for 35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Once the chicken reaches an ideal temperature of 165°F, remove from the grill and rest for 10 minutes.
