Perfectly Smoked Asparagus

Preheat your Brisk It grill to 375°F. Ensure that the pellet hopper is fully filled with pellets.
Snap off the tough ends of the asparagus and wash thoroughly. Drizzle olive oil on the asparagus and coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper or vegetable seasoning.
Place the asparagus in a vegetable basket or aluminum tray and spread out in a single layer. Once the grill reaches 375°F, place the tray in the grill and smoke for approximately 6 to 8 minutes with the lid closed.
