When it comes to grilling vegetables, asparagus fits a grill like few other vegetables can. Asparagus is tough enough to with stand a nice sear while softening as it nears completion, not to mention it goes great with almost any type of seasonining.

Directions


Step 1

Preheat your Brisk It grill to 375°F. Ensure that the pellet hopper is fully filled with pellets.

Step 2

Snap off the tough ends of the asparagus and wash thoroughly. Drizzle olive oil on the asparagus and coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper or vegetable seasoning.

Step 3

Place the asparagus in a vegetable basket or aluminum tray and spread out in a single layer. Once the grill reaches 375°F, place the tray in the grill and smoke for approximately 6 to 8 minutes with the lid closed.

Step 4
Remove from the grill and it’s ready to serve!
